Reservation Policies

  • Check in is available after 2:00 PM
  • Check out extends until 11:00 AM

Reservations may be requested via our website, as well as by email or phone. Please be aware that by providing your credit card information, you acknowledge reading and agree to abide by our reservation and cancellation policies. We will not make any charges to your card in advance. The information is only held as a guarantee for the reservation and charges will only be made in case of cancellation or no show to the hotel without proper and timely notification to our reservations department (see Cancellation Policies, below). Reservations of 3 or more rooms per night, or more than 3 nights in one room, must be paid in 2 installments of 50% each, towards the full cost of the service. The first payment must be processed at the time of reservation, and the second installment will be charged at check-in. This payment is not refundable nor transferable. In case of robbery or damage to the hotel property, this document allows Legacy Boutique Hotel to charge the Credit Card on file for the cost of the damages received. We will notify the guest about this situation by email and confirm receipt of the notification. Children under three years old are free of charge. Child rates apply for ages 3 to 12. The hotel does not provide roll-aways or cribs for the children.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made less than 2 days before the reservation check-in date are non-refundable. When a cancellation notice is received between 2 and 10 days in advance of the booked check-in date, a single administrative fee of USD$20.00 will be applied. If the cancellation notice is received more than 10 days in advance, no penalties will be applied. All cancellation notices must be sent by email to info@legacyboutiquehotel.com. The cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a cancellation code by email or fax from our reservations office.
